The mission of Clemson University Libraries’ Special Collections and Archives is to collect, arrange, preserve, and make accessible materials relating to the history of Clemson University and its research endeavors. The Special Collections and Archives inspires discovery, cultivates knowledge, advances research, and preserves cultural heritage to create a distinctive learning environment for the Clemson University and the broader community.

Directions
The Special Collections Library is located on the lower level of the Strom Thurmond Institute building on the Clemson University campus. The address is: 230 Kappa Street, Clemson, SC 29634.
Parking
Pay by space metered visitor parking is available along the driveway to the Strom Thurmond Institute building. Spaces are marked with white lines and numbers.
If you have several days of research planned, you may get a multi-day visitor pass at Parking Services. For more information, contact Parking and Transportation Services
