Scheduling Information

This position works Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm. The student creates their own schedule within those hours.

Position Description and Duties

This position includes the following duties: -Shelving state and federal documents. -Shelf reading state and federal documents. -Pulling items for withdrawal. -Creating lists of items being offered to other depositories. -Pulling and boxing items claimed from offers lists. -Gathering materials that need to be bound. -Unboxing depository mail and completing the physical processing of items from boxes. -Other duties as necessary.

Additional Information

Skills needed: -Willingness to learn. -Problem solving. -Attention to detail. -Computer skills with Word and Excel. -Ability to work independently. -Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
