The ILLiad software system used to process interlibrary loan requests will be unavailable to both library users and library staff on Monday, May 9, from 3 to 5 p.m. due to a system upgrade to version 9.2 from 9.1. As a result, resource sharing staff will not be to process ILL requests or check their status during that time; however, anyone with questions is welcome to email CU-RSTEAM@nullLISTS.CLEMSON.EDU or call 656-5186, and we will answer questions as soon as possible once the upgrade is complete.
