The Learning Commons at Cooper Library is located on the 3rd Floor of Cooper Library. The Learning Commons comprises of 3 zones that are designed to meet learner needs and support student success.

Zone 1

Zone 1 is a collaborative zone where students can connect with campus support services and offices. This is where office hours and drop-in consultation services take place. When not being used for these services, it is available for learners to use.

Zone 2

Zone 2 is a collaborative zone designed to support learners engage in direct instruction and active learning. This is where programming can be found, such as workshops, Q&A sessions, and larger learning activities. When programming is not taking place in the zone, it is available for learners to use.

Zone 3

Zone 3 is considered an Individual Learning Area, where learners can work independently in a quieter environment. Student work, art, and exhibits can be found in this zone.
