Food and Drink Policy for Cooper Library

Consumption of food and beverages is allowed in Cooper Library.

The Library encourages the use of covered containers for beverages. Please respect this environment by disposing of all waste properly. If spills occur, please immediately report the location of the spill to a staff member at the closest public service desk who will arrange for clean up.

Special events that include food and drink and are hosted by the Libraries are approved by the Dean. Others are not permitted to distribute food or drink in Cooper or on the Library Bridge without permission from the Dean and Dining Services.
