Accessibility
The Libraries are committed to optimizing your safety while in all library facilities. We are also committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all users of the libraries. We offer a variety of support to facilitate physical and virtual access to library services, collections, and spaces. Staff working at public service points will make every effort to accommodate accessibility requests.
Clemson Libraries strive to provide a beneficial and worthwhile web experience for all our patrons. Continuing efforts are made not only to ensure that our sites follow Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act, but also to be mindful of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium. We are also working to provide optimized and accessible web experiences for users independent of the devices being used to access our sites.
Please contact Teri Alexander, Director of Learning Environments, at tajff@nullclemson.edu or 864-656-5172 with any questions, comments, or concerns relating to physical accessibility needs. For digital and web accessibility needs, please contact Hannah Hendricks, Digital Experience Manager at hhendr2@nullclemson.edu or 864-656-0843.
