Clemson Libraries is here to help you succeed throughout your entire Clemson journey. With four locations on campus to serve you, we can help you with research, creative projects, data analysis, citations and more. Here are five things you need to know about what we have to offer:
- We have helpful librarians for every subject area! Need help with a research project? Ask your librarian. We have librarians to work with every major, so you can get exactly the resources you need. Find your librarian. We also have chat support online, so even if you can’t come into the library, you can still get the help you need.
- Research and course guides on our website offer a one-stop shop for specific subject information. Our online research guides will connect you to the best databases, journals, books and reports for your subject area or course.
- Want to save money on textbooks? We have more than 100 textbooks for high-enrollment courses available for checkout. Textbooks can be checked out for four hours at a time. Check out our list of available textbooks.
- Need a camera? Forget your phone charger? We’ve got you covered with our technology lending program. More than 400 items are available for checkout, such as SLR cameras, video cameras, tri-pods, microphones, and yes, even charging cords. Check out the list of technology items you can check out.
- Cooper Library has been voted the best study space on campus in The Tiger’s “Best of Clemson” issue for many years running. We have quiet spaces for individual study and collaborative spaces for group meetings. Many of our study rooms can be reserved online. Check out our interactive floor maps to find your ideal study spot.
We are so excited to welcome you to Clemson and to help you on your college journey. Come visit us at Cooper Library or one of our other campus locations — the Gunnin Architecture Library (Lee Hall), the Education Media Center (Tillman Hall), or Special Collections and Archives (Strom Thurmond Institute) — and don’t be afraid to ask for help. That’s why we’re here!
