Take a Brain Break: De-Stressing Activities at Cooper Library

Need a break from studying for exams? Stop by the lobby of Cooper Library for some activities provided by the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), the Office of Advocacy and Success (OAS), and the Libraries. Activities include coloring, mindfulness activities, games, aromatherapy, DIY stress balls, and more!
