The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our lives, our communities, and our society is unprecedented in our lifetime. Our individual understanding and reactions to this rapidly developing global event changes daily, which is why it is so important that we act now to document our individual experiences.
Clemson University Libraries’ Special Collections and Archives invites you to participate in Sharing the Journey: Documenting COVID-19 at Clemson University which provides Clemson University students, staff, and faculty a space to document and share their personal experiences for submission to the University Archives. We are seeking:
- Journals or diaries
- Photographs
- Video or Audio records
- Zines
- Artwork
- Any other creative means of documentation
Future generations of Tigers NEED to hear from you! They will want to know what was the Clemson Family lived experience of a global pandemic from day to day and week to week. Your perspective is significant and urgently needed. For those interested in contributing their voice to the Sharing the Journey: Documenting COVID-19 at Clemson University, please start documenting now.
To participate, individuals are asked to please complete this Google Form, also found at the project’s website. Additional information about the Sharing the Journey: Documenting COVID-19 at Clemson University, as well as prompts for individuals to consider as they begin to document their experiences, can be found at the project’s website.
