“Points of Connection” photo exhibit on display in Cooper Library

An exhibition of 20 photographs by internationally recognized photographers is now on display on the fourth floor of Cooper Library.

Titled “Points of Connection,” the exhibition was curated by Amanda Musick, a lecturer in the Department of Art and a 2018 alumna with an MFA in photography. The photographs are on loan to the Clemson Architectural Foundation and Lee Gallery from Clemson alumnus William A. Hall III. The exhibition features the work of photographers Manuel Álvarez Bravo, Édouard Boubat, Robert Doisneau, Elliott Erwitt, Danny Lyon, Alen MacWeeney and Garry Winogrand.

From the curator’s statement about the exhibition: “Points of Connection explores the profound and often unnoticed connections that weave themselves through us and into the world. Each of the selected photographers show us moments of shared humanity, formal unity in composition, and a bridging of ideas … Together these photographs reflect our interconnectedness both with one another and the places we inhabit.”

The photos are on display through April 1, 2026, on the east side of the fourth floor of Cooper Library.
