Cooper Library will be closed March 18-21 so that crews can replace electrical panels throughout the building. The closure is planned for spring break to minimize disruption to students, faculty, and staff.
The work will entail closing entire floors of the library, with the most interruption happening on the third and fourth floors. The work will also involve planned power and internet outages in the building. All employees who work in Cooper Library will be asked to work remotely during the closure.
Access to the Libraries’ online resources will not be disrupted during this time. Students, faculty and staff can visit libraries.clemson.edu to access electronic resources, research and course guides and more. Chat assistance will also continue to be available on the Libraries website.
