Join us March 22, 2021 from 1pm-2pm to uncover the lost and hidden voices of the past! History is complex and often scholars spend a lifetime making connections in historical materials. Now, there are powerful computer tools that allow us to make sense of large amounts of data. As part of the Digital Humanities Workshop Series, this workshop will provide a brief overview of using digital tools for network analysis. We will discuss Gephi and Palladio, as well as other options for network analysis. We will explore several projects currently using network analysis and discuss the potential for effectively using network analysis in research. This workshop is designed for beginners.
