Data Visualization Specialist
Yash, originally from India, earned a Master’s in Computer Science from Clemson University (2024) and a Bachelor’s from Gitam University (2022). He currently works as a Data Visualization Specialist, previously serving as a Data Manager and Analyst at the Institute for Engaged Aging (IEA) at Clemson University. He has also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the School of Business and as a Data Analyst at the Spiro Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership. Skilled in Python, SQL, R, Power BI, Tableau, and GitHub, he specializes in data visualization. As a Data Visualization Specialist, Yash assists students and faculty with data analysis, leads hands-on workshops, develops tutorials, and promotes innovation using AI and VR in data visualization.

Abiola Majekodunmi

Abiola is a first-year master’s student in Chemical Engineering. She has previous experience as a process engineer spanning petroleum refining, brewing, and paint production. Her interests are process design, and data analytics for industrial applications. She possesses technical skills in SQL, Power BI, R, and Process Simulation Software(ASPEN HYSYS). Beyond academics, she enjoys sewing and watching movies.

Clay Katzman

Clay is from Chattanooga, TN, and has four years of experience in supply chain analysis, operations, and investing. He is currently pursuing a master’s in landscape architecture. Outside of school, you can find Clay fly-fishing trout streams, chilling at local breweries, or watching Premier League soccer.

Daniel Visser

Daniel Visser

Daniel is pursuing a master’s in computer science and recently obtained his undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems, where he used C, C++, SQL, Excel, and Python (among other languages and tools). He is currently learning how to play guitar and is a member of a small guitar ensemble group on campus. Some of his favorite ways to spend time outside of school/work include going for runs, swimming, and exercising whenever he can find the time.

Sriya Pothapragada

Sriya is a second-year Ph.D. student in Genetics under the direction of Dr. James Lewis. Sriya graduated in May 2023 with her B.S. in BioEngineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. During her time at UMD, Sriya was a Bioengineering Departmental Honors researcher in Dr. Jeffery Klauda’s Laboratory of Molecular and Thermodynamic Modeling, an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow for Synthetic Biology, and an intern in the AMDS sector at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. Her research at Clemson is focused on studying the genetics and population structure governing adaptation in butterflies. Sriya mainly works in Python but is proficient with MATLAB, CAD, and ANSYSFluent.

I am a second-year master’s student in Computer Science, specializing in Data Science and Machine Learning. I am proficient in programming languages such as Python, C, and C++, and I have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. I am passionate about exploring the intersections of data analysis and machine learning techniques. Outside of my academic pursuits, I enjoy watching cricket matches and coding.
