Learning Commons to host monthly book swap

Readers and puzzle lovers across campus have the opportunity to come together at Cooper Library’s monthly book and puzzle swap hosted by the Learning Commons.

The October swap is set to take place October 27 – 31, and the November dates are November 17-21. Both swaps are open to all students, faculty and staff. No registration is required.

Each book and puzzle swap will feature a table in the Learning Commons for participants to trade their old favorites or discover something fresh and new. The table will be open for the entire week, and multiple swaps are welcome.

“Reading and puzzles can offer many forms of connection. Just bring a book or puzzle to leave for someone else and grab a book or puzzle for yourself,” said Tyler Commons, manager of the Learning Commons.

Voted best floor in the Library two years in a row, the Learning Commons supports students by providing peer research support, hosting campus partners and providing engaging events and activities to support students’ sense of belonging in the Library and on campus.
