Learning Lab at Cooper Library Space Usage Policy

The Learning Lab (Cooper 309) is available to library instructors and partners of the Learning Commons. Clemson Libraries employees can book the space using the LibCal link in StaffWeb. Partners of the Learning Commons will contact the Learning Commons Manager directly to inquire about the space. The space will not be available during midterms or the weeks prior to and during final exams in order to prioritize student learning.

The Learning Lab is also used as an open student collaborative study space when not in use unless otherwise being used by a library instructor or official partner of the Learning Commons.

The Learning Lab is not reservable for study groups or meetings of student organizations. Students can visit the Libraries’ event spaces page to book a space for an event or visit the space booking page to book a space for group study.
