Take a break during exam week and join us as we partner with Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and the Office of Advocacy and Success (OAS) to provide students with some stress reducing activities in the Brown Room April 29-May 3. From 11-1PM, students will have the opportunity to engage in various activities. There will be a short interactive activity in the Brown Room (e.g., yoga) and we will be tabling a smaller activity outside the Brown Room to engage students who have even less time to commit (DIY activities). See below for a schedule of activities and drop by!
|Monday, April 29||Art Therapy with Play Doh (Brown Room with Ginny Gaulin, CAPS)/ Notes of encouragement (tabling near Brown Room)|
|Tuesday, April 30||Relaxation exercises (Brown Room with Rachel Latham, CAPS)/ distributing scented bookmarks (tabling near Brown Room)|
