Mindfulness Book Study for Students

Are you interested in learning more about practicing mindfulness? If so, register to be a part of the mindfulness book study. We’ll be reading Peace is Every Step by Thich Nhat Hanh and are giving away 15 copies of the book to students. This book study is intended for students and has a cap of 30. The book study is sponsored by Healthy Campus, CUSG, and Clemson Libraries.
