The ILLiad software system used to process interlibrary loan requests will be unavailable to both library users and library staff on Friday, May 3, from 2-4PM due to a system upgrade to version 9.0.3 from 8.7.4.0. As a result, resource sharing staff will not be to process ILL requests or check their status during that time; however, the office in Cooper 413 will be open and anyone is welcome to stop by, call 656-5186, or email cuill@nullclemson.edu so that we can answer their questions as soon as possible once the upgrade is complete.
