It’s not always easy to put a date on the beginning of a movement, but 1973 seems to come up often when trying to define when hip hop started. Take a look back at the origins and evolution of hip hop over the past half century through the physical collections (books, CDs, and DVDs) of Cooper Library. The display will be available on the fourth floor of Cooper Library through mid-October.
