About the Author
Christian Thormose's work as a cook, sous-chef, and executive chef has taken him to Denmark, France, and the United States, where he has delighted restaurant-goers, hotel guests, and private club members. In 2008, he was chosen as a chef for the summer Olympics in Beijing and traveled in 2012 to work the summer Olympics in London.
