Book Launch for “Tastes of Clemson Blue Cheese” on August 23

The author of Tastes of Clemson Blue Cheese will sign books and celebrate the book’s publication on Thursday, August 23 between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. at the Cross Creek Plantation in Seneca, SC. Chef Thormose will prepare 8-9 recipes from the book and pair them with champagne cocktails. Admission is $10, with a cash bar. The event is open to the general public, and all are welcome.
