\nWe are delighted to announce that from 2022, The T. S. Eliot Studies Annual<\/em> will join forces with the International T. S. Eliot Society to be published as a journal by Clemson University Press in association with Liverpool University Press.<\/p>\n

The T. S. Eliot Studies Annual<\/a><\/em> is the leading venue for the critical reassessment of Eliot\u2019s life and work in light of the ongoing publication of his letters, critical volumes of his complete prose, the 2015 edition of his complete poems, and the forthcoming critical edition of his plays.<\/p>\n

All critical approaches are welcome, as are essays pertaining to any aspect of Eliot\u2019s work as a poet, critic, playwright, editor, exemplar of modernism, or influence on twentieth-century and contemporary literature and culture.<\/p>\n

Each volume of the Annual<\/em> provides a selection of original, peer-reviewed essays representing the best in current Eliot scholarship. In addition, the Annual<\/em> publishes shorter research notes and a comprehensive bibliography of Eliot-related publications.<\/p>\n

Members of the International T. S. Eliot Society<\/a> will receive online access to the journal as part of their membership.<\/p>\n

John Morgenstern, Director of Clemson UP, said: \u201cThe Annual<\/em> was an early cornerstone in the development of Clemson\u2019s now robust list in modernist studies, which was made possible through a transformative international publishing partnership with Liverpool. The backing of the International T. S. Eliot Society and the transition to Liverpool\u2019s journals platform is the fitting next step in extending the Annual<\/em>\u2019s global readership.\u201d<\/p>\n

Frances Dickey, past president of the International T. S. Eliot Society and co-editor of the Annual<\/em>, added: \u201cWe are excited to inaugurate our new relationship with Clemson, Liverpool, and the International T. S. Eliot Society in 2022, in time to celebrate the centennial of Eliot\u2019s historic poem The Waste Land<\/em>. This is an unprecedented time in Eliot studies, with new material from his archive coming out every year. We look forward to bringing out the best of the new scholarship that illuminates this complex writer.\u201d<\/p>\n

Clare Hooper, Head of Journals at Liverpool University Press said: \u201dWe are absolutely delighted to enter into this new era for the Annual<\/em>, alongside our partners Clemson University Press and the International T. S. Eliot Society.\u201d<\/p>\n
