Customers who fail to show up for their reservation will be charged a $100 “no show” fee and risk losing future reservation privileges. When a date has been reserved and is no longer needed, please send notification .
A projector, screen and podium are provided. The podium includes a fixed microphone as well as hand-held and lapel mics. All other equipment must be provided by the reservation holder. Check with your departmental IT provider or contract out for additional equipment or services. All outside vendors providing equipment must coordinate with CU Libraries for any delivery needs.
A security officer will be present to unlock and lock doors and secure the area. All guests must adhere to the guidelines provided by the security officer on site.
