CCIT 5th Floor Help Desk

Effective immediately, the 5th floor CCIT help desk will no longer be staffed.

You can still get computer help by visiting the CCIT folks at the desks on the 4th floor in the Learning Commons and on the 2nd floor in the CCIT Support Center. Or call the Help Desk at 656-3494.

CCIT Help Desk Summer Hours

This summer the hours for the CCIT Help Desk in the Learning Commons on the 4th floor of Cooper Library will be:

Monday – Thursday 8am – 8pm
Friday 8am – 6pm
Saturday noon – 6pm
Sunday 1pm – 8pm

If no one is at the desk, you can go to the CCIT Customer Support Center on the 2nd floor of Cooper Library or call 656-3494.

CCIT Learning Commons Help Desk

This summer the hours for the CCIT Help Desk on the 4th floor of Cooper Library will be:

Monday – Thursday 8am – 8pm
Friday 8am – 5pm
Saturday noon – 5pm
Sunday 1:30pm – 8pm

Welcome to Cooper, CCIT!

During winter break, the CCIT Customer Support Center moved to the second floor in Cooper Library. Please stop by and visit.

Support Center Spring Semester Hours:
Monday—Thursday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 noon – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 noon – 10:00 PM

Support Center hours will vary during breaks, holidays, football Saturdays and other special days. For hours on specific days, see the CCIT Web site.

CCIT also provides IT support services in the Learning Commons on fourth Floor East of Cooper Library. CCIT offers basic support for those using the Learning Commons, with a CCIT trainer available to provide assistance on-site.
