Celebrate Open Education Week by Choosing OER

It’s Open Education Week, and we’re asking faculty across campus to switch from costly textbooks to free Open Educational Resources (OER) – but we know it isn’t easy. That’s why the Clemson Libraries and Clemson Online are here to help! We can provide professional support to help you locate, review, revise, remix, and integrate OER into your courses. We’re also offering $2,000 stipends for your time. Interested faculty should apply here by April 14th!

Not sure if OER would work for your classes? Visit our drop-in hours this week to preview OER currently available in your field and to learn more about our stipend program. We’ll be in the Brown DRL in Cooper Library today from 12pm-1:30pm and Friday from 10am-12pm. If you can’t make it, get in touch with Kirsten Dean at kirsted@nullclemson.edu or read more here: http://www.clemson.edu/online/oer/.
