Effective immediately, tabling will no longer be allowed on any portion of library bridge due to safety issues related to the volume of foot traffic on the bridge that conflicts with emergency evacuation plans, including Cooper Library.
Five alternative 10’x10’ locations have been identify for registered student organizations to utilize: two at the top of the stairs to the west of the bridge (at Rhodes Hall), and 3 to the east (beside Daniel Hall).
Student organizations wishing to use these locations must have a confirmed reservation and utilize the space number that was confirmed. Tables will not be provided. Tents 10X10 or smaller can be used only if they are appropriated weighted.
Reservation requests for these new locations can be made beginning Monday, August 19, 2019 by contacting the Campus Activities & Events guest services desk on the 2nd floor the Hendrix Student Center or by emailing: email@example.com
